It May Be Winter Outside........

But you will all be delighted to hear that the boiler has now been repaired and the heat will most definitely be on this week!!

There are quite a few photos from the past couple of weeks so I won't go on about them, just take a peek at some of the projects being worked on at group.
Marjorie's Hexagons
Lynda's embroidery

Elizabeth's quilt

One of our new ladies was working on this

Jackie is working on things for her new grandchild

Lots of Christmas things being prepared

 Lots of sparkly beads

the beginnings of an angel

Even though we are a PATCHWORK GROUP  we seem to have quite a few knitting projects on the go

And Maureen is on the final run of her pretty crochet blanket

But we DO have some patchwork!

The Mini Mania Challengers from October

But BEST of all, we had a marathon session,  filling boxes for The Shoe-Box Appeal

 Very organised here!

And when we had run out of boxes, we filled bags ready to go into the boxes

And thanks to our ladies generosity, we sent 53 shoe boxes off for distribution

I will update you when I know how many boxes were sent from St Mary's but I will say a
GREAT BIG THANK YOU
to all who have made, donated, helped with this years Shoe Box Appeal!

And we will now start filling a box for Christmas for the Homeless/Food Bank
