Bobble Bag Making

A great turnout last Wednesday, where Rosemary & Brenda showed the ladies how to make a Japanese Bobble Bag.

We got straight onto the making and I failed to take any progress pics, but we had lots of finishes

Some lovely fabric choices

A great evening. Thank You for your guidance Rosemary & Brenda 😘

Don't forget that Wednesday 10th May will see Diana return to show us how to make a
"Portrait of a Lady" using a stump-work technique.

Carol has emailed all with the requirements. If you haven't seen this, pop over to the Diary Page for info.

Sue had proudly brought in her Liberty Lawn Grandmothers Flower Garden quilt. It is lovely Well done Sue

The other Sue was also proudly displaying her Challenge, as she was unable to attend on the reveal date.
A new technique to Sue, worked out by herself - Well done Sue
Jo had been inspired by our speaker last time and had set about making SIX lovely dresses for the Dress A Child charity.
All hand some panties and a peg doll too 💗

Next Monday - 15th May - We will be Going Pear Shaped with Janis.   Again pop over to the Diary page for details.
just one of the sample ideas
I can see these making a lovely panel round a tote bag.....

Janis always comes up with a fun idea for her workshops, and this one is HAND STITCHING!!! so will appeal to all!

Don't forget Wednesday girls. If you can come along on Monday for this workshop I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

I can't wait to see what we make of this one!!!
