A Progression of Projects

There was not many members at group this evening, though we did have a new lady to confuse!  Welcome to Gill, and we hope that you will return next week!

Barbara - of the Drunkards Path blocks - has now started to get those blocks together.

Lots of different ( and some quite old....) fabrics in this quilt.

And we are so proud of Gillian - she has finished (her one and only ) Wonky Log Cabin block. She didn't give in, even though she found this a bit tricky.
I believe "Never again" has been spoken

Amanda is hand quilting a Sampler quilt, just a peak (it's lovely) I will show you the whole, when it is completed

Maggie is on a production line making a Vinyl Fronted Zipper Pouch  using the tutorial on our other page.

Elizabeth is halfway through her foundation pieced Double Wedding Ring segments
Lovely Liberty prints

Sue is Appliquéing her Grand Daughters name and this panel will be popped into a frame to hang in her bedroom.

Carol brought in Sonia and Sophie to show us! She has made them at the crochet group she attends. Aren't the just the cutest?

The coach has been booked for the Malvern Autumn Quilt show, so pencil the date in your diary - forms will be out by the end of July.

A couple more Tutorials will be added during the next few days so keep an eye out. Let me know if there is anything that you would particularly like to see.

  2. Well done Gillian also. She struggled with this completely hand sewn piece.
